If you're going to add pulsewidth as a percentage, you'll probably want to stay away from the idle rows (0-20mm3). Adjusting these can cause idle hunting and surging. Adding 10% to the other rows in a smooth manner should not cause any adverse drivablity issues.

Yeah Jeff, it looks like the TC is having a bit of trouble at max torque 2500-2650 RPM as per frame ~6480, but recovers after that. You may consider backing the desired torque down a bit in that region and retesting.
Stock torque converter?
Nick
It doesn't look like you were 'on it' with the torque converter locked during any part of that log. The converter is unlocked the whole time.
T/H needs to be engaged and the truck needs to be run hard for the test to give meaningful results.

Even lifting a little on a full throttle shift can greatly increase the amount of fuel pulled on a shift. Example: Full throttle upshift defuels to 80mm3, while a 3/4 throttle upshift defuels 35mm3 - this is how a stock LB7 is set up @3200RPM.
Just something to think about,
Nick
If you let boost fall off then stomp the pedal, you'll get a good cloud of soot. I think that's what you're describing...? Turbo has to be spooled to clear the fuel.
Nick
Tinman,
Those tables enable and disable the workings of the desired boost tables, allowing the truck run off of desired vane position only. It's unlikely they're limiting your fueling during staging. Most likely what's happening is you're being fuel limited by your MAF sensor. Essentially...
Keep in mind guys, 100 hp will not neccessarily limp a trans. It's the torque spike that does it. If it was fueling really hard down low you can bet it was making torque comparable to a 150+hp tune. Be careful with those tunes that fuel hard right off the pedal.

I try my best to make sure my customers are satisfied with their purchase. I'm happy to help, but I do ask my customers to take the initiative to search for their questions first, or at least wait until they have a list before they call. It's balance of customer service and research/testing...
Ban him! :pop2:
Jeff, if that doesn't work - you can script that tune over onto your original and avoid the issues. Holden Crazy - Home for a stocker.
Jeff,
Was this a full OS reflash, or just a .cal? Did you use the tune I sent you, or script it back into the orginal?
It looks like the tune is looking for parts of the truck that aren't there (maybe they were on the truck I tuned, but not yours). If this is the case, you should be fine...
Just to clear a few things up in here:
You don't have to run in T/H mode when you're running a strong tune, it's just a good idea to click the button before you poor the coal to it. Will it last otherwise?, probably... just not as long, and it runs cooler (like mentioned).
Anyone looking...
You mean the one in Diesel World this month? Or the White one that just went 12.40s @ 109.5. Maybe there's another one out there, I'm curious.
These trucks are picking up, that's for sure!
