Keep hearing about them. Linky please. PM if nessicary. Gonna order the Hayden Clutch today. Might as well swap it while I pull the rad next weekend and clean house. Gonna do the Voton O rings again this time for the Oil filter adaptor. Lines are not that bad. They can hold awhile. Only slight leak. I have 2 spare PMD's so will get a cable and sink and setup the remote. He just did the IP with new PMD so It will probably be good for awhile anyway.
 
Where do you order/pick up the Hayden clutch?......Do you have a part#?

I had to put my Original clutch and 6 blade back on after the Accident.....Need a 21" D-Max blade also....I still have a 20" metal 9 blade in the box, but it doesn't fit on the stock clutch.
 
I'll have to look it up later. I got it at NAP but I had to do my own homework for the part #. I have the catalog on my PC at work. I'll be ordering it hopefully tommorow so I'll get you the #. Bear in mind that this is the Hub style not the 4 bolt that I use and fits the factory fan. I don't think the Dmax worked any better than my Stock fan with the HD clutch but I never got to prove it plus as Matt pointed out in another thread I never got to try the replacement Heath sent me. The one I had could have been defective. All I know is when my Tahoe got hot you did NOT hear alot of air moving with the Dmax. when my stock fan with Hayden SD clutch kicked in you heard it big time.

first number is wrong, that's a front fender. But the second number is a dually fender. That's amazing, I have spent years googling and searching online for repop dually fenders and never found any other than Ricka thru JCW. Pretty fair price, shipping notwithstanding.

Louis, If you have the threaded hub Waterpump, the Severe duty clutch for the Factory steel fan is a 2840. Napa can easily cross that. It's pricey. I piad 142$ for it today but it's worth it IMHO.
 
So my to do list:
6 new tires
Pull the rad and clean clean clean.
New Orings for Oil filter adaptor. Got new glows coming from Heath. Those WAPs gotta go
Full service oil/fuel/air
Hayden severe duty clutch upgrade.
That's it for now.I'm friggin beyond broke after getting burned on the Dodge and now this stupid useless Possesed by demons Burb. I pray this truck is decent or the gun is going in my mouth. Bill Heath said I should be ashamed of myself for stealing the Dually for a measly 5k. So it sounds like I did ok pricewise. Also the truck has a Class5 hitch. It actually needs a reducer to use standard slide in. I'll get some more pics besides ones I alredy posted.
