Found a k3500 ecdrw

A ten year old 6.5 that needs body work and at least a couple hundred (if not a couple grand) in parts and labor to fix the issues you listed for $5500? Steep price Kenny....1 ton or not....

I disagree Chris, I see what they are going for around here and what people try to get for them. Normally they are closer to $10k, so I think $5500 is fair. One year newer would bump it into the $13-$16k range.
Maybe the truck market is different in your area, but I do spend a lot of time checking out used trucks.

I often get less than I pay for. Like this Jeep I just bought, supposedly all inspected with new brakes and tires and everything else, only had one electrical problem no one could fix. My electrical wizard figured out what five other garages were unable to, but then it failed inspection for brakes and a bunch of other things.

No Offense at all. In fact I had a Dodge/Cummins guy look at the truck before I bought it but the problem was(and I knew this) Used car lots are all scum and they can hide things very well. No matter how good a deal or how nice something looks or seems, if it's on a used car lot...keep lookin.
Of course as I wa slaying under the Burb covered in grease and rust recvering from an eye injury my mother showed up yesterday now I really am not sure what to do..
Rather than double post..

On a side note I got 5500$ for my 2000 K3500 and body wise it was beat to hell and had 180k SRW so I think the 5500$ was a good price. It has every option and the body is clean minus the wheel well. Truck is Black which is the easiest color to match so I could probably get away with painting just the fender. Course the 4x4 sticker is probably 200$ from GM...The only thing was that my K3500 also had 4 Brand new tires. This truck needs 6 tires. I am at an advantage cause I have 4 brand new ones that are the same size that came with the CUCV so I would only need 2 more. Fact that the guy did his own IP was a little worriysome but the job looked OK. All the little IP line holders were in place etc.

Wow, $6700, he is sure proud of that Sub.
As a side note, in the title of this thread it says found a ccdrw. Actually it's an ecdrw. Crew is four full doors, extended cab is two door
