Banks sidewinder exhaust manifold group buy.

Finally some real progress. Got a lot of the small stuff done today. Ip installed, New injector lines installed, Intake, return lines, starter installed. Got some more parts cleaned up in the "fish fryer" You guys need to try that, you'll never clean parts by hand again. Parts come out ready to paint a lot of the time. I shoot them down with carb or brake cleaner to remove any oily residue before painting.
I found that I cannot use the single tstat crossover it will interfere with throttle cable bracket (bummer). So Nate I'm going to copy what you did and put a plug in it to restrict the flow on a dual tstat.

Also have brand new injection line set available for DS4 and DB2 IP's now.

I also got started cleaning the firewall. I took some before video and when its cleaned up will get the after vid.
It is cleaning up nicely.
Got pass side inner fender pulled and cleaned up.

I really like what you're doing there with the fish fryer. A couple questions: how many times can you reuse the cleaner before you have to replace it? Where did you get your fish fryer? And most importantly, doesn't the degreaset make your fish taste funny?:p

Fish taste terrible when you cook them with Purple Power.
Fryer pan was bought a sporting goods store, but check Craiglist too.
I used it three or four times then replace the PP. If you leave the lid off it will steam off at a pretty good rate so try to keep in covered. I think just the boiling water by itself would do alot.

Looks like another tool to add to the barn. Thanks for the info, Leroy.

Might try boiling one day. I have used a tea pot to rinse parts off. Small parts in warm weather will flash off steamy water and dry almost immediately and rinse away residual cleaning agents.

I know a hotsy or hot water pressure washer is much much better than a cold one for cleaning grime and oily/greasy stuff.

Looks great.

Are you using tygon for the return line? If so, its not that good, its overhyped. :( Mine got very hard after a few months and started to leak. I see you have zip ties on but for the price of tygon, you can get a decent return line that doesn't need clamps.

It is Tygon. I've had good luck with mine. I run them on the Burb without clamps and no problems so far, but I always carry extra return line as you never know when you might need it.
My experience it the rubber mess covered hose gets hard and brittle I could not keep a set on that didn't leck on one or the other for long.
The Tygon has held up so far the best for me. I tried using zip ties this time just cause I had them.
