i need help i found an engine for my 93 chevy but it has the center mount turbo... are the heads different for the center mount turbo engines... the engine is set up on 24 volt system but thats no big deal for me... the only problem is im not sure if i would need to changs the heads to the side...

the water pump flows coolent threw the timing chain cover,, and if the timing chain cover gasket goes it will leak coolent in the oil... happend to me once...
the way i turned my pump up was take top cover off, pull out the guide bolt for the govner asembly, (keep track of were everything goes take a good pic of it all) then rotate the engine over by hand (do not use starter motor will rev till it blows up) till u see the allen screw threw the top of...
turbine doc are u runing any muffler on the burb... in runing 3in no muffler optical bump heath hot chip home made intake on my 94 1ton that is the one im puting the ATT on i also have a 93 1 ton 4in no muffler high output injectors from heath turned the pump up till the screew would not turn...
i had 2 1/4 true duals no mufflers on my 89 6.2 na... sounded like shot guns going off when i would get on it i loved it... cops did not.. u can keep it some what quite if ur not in it to hard
i just ordered my ATT on wed i hope i can get it before x mas... as far as noise it cant be any worse then my old 98 dodge with the v10 straight piped no cats can it???
