do you have to remove the timing cover to replace waterpump? got upgraded pump and dual tsat crossover,dmax 9blade metal fan and clutch i need to put on this weekend! thanks for the help!!

ran tdco learn yesterday and didnt get good results! best i could get :tdco 1.61 to 2.31 couldnt get - numbers i feel i need to move pump? which way? truck runs like a champ the way it is,but since i put on att &kojo tune i wanted to check it and found this:mad2: thanks for the help!!

ATT & KOJO Tune installed both two weeks ago, and all i can say is wow!! truck has alot more power and will even roll a little coal now! havent tow anything yet but will post once i do and post some pics! they can be bought at walking j !:D

went thur front end yesterday,new tierods,idler arm,pitman arm,control arm bushings,and swaybar bushings! ordered walbro pump (thanks Leroy) ordered ATT & Kojo tune & FTB (thanks veg-out &kojo) got new bosh injectors and new glows ordered dual tsat update and Dmax fan and clutch(kennedy)...

has anyone used the injectors from penscola diesel? any brands to stay away from? thinking about the marine injectors,are they any better? going to get ateam turbo,put in injectors while im there and 4" exhuast! also boost gauge and pyro! if money holds out a heath flash! thanks for the...

pmd will cause that. just done that on mine!new pmd and alls good!

dont buy from diesel care and performance!! i bought one of their used one to check a problem,but when you crank up it goes full throttle!! called them they said i needed my injection pump rebuilt! ordered a new one from penscola diesel and solved my problems!

i got the same message but went on an ordered with no probiem got my pmd tues. back up and running!

truck will crank just a little slow. new batterys,new cables,new instaheat plugs,new controller,new lift pump,will have new starter tomorrow!also has romote pmd in front bumper. just trying to find out what i need to check timing?

got a truck thats a little hard to start,and thought i may need to check pump timing. if i understand right you have to have some sort of computer to adjust timing. what do i need to get?where do i get it? thanks for the help!!:confused:
