Road Trip !!

So kind of a continuation of this saga. Heading to the airport in a few minutes to fly down to Vegas to help fix my brothers truck. Needs quite a bit of front end work as well as some brake work. Will has been quite helpful so far in that he has gone over to inspect the truck so I could get a parts list and get parts headed that way. If he's up for it I'll try to snag a pic with him and maybe his Hummer.

Flying down to do front end work, now that is some kind of brotherly love right there! God I hope them bearing bolts cooperate for you. The rest is easy.

Still sitting in the airport in anch, I guess that's what we get for flying standby. Tickets were free tho. Family friend is a retired Ak airline pilot and gets a few free passes , let us have a couple. First flight was too full according to the booking we should make the next one.

I'm heading to this weekend to Big T's with a planned stop Friday night at Nellis AFB. Shoot me an address and I'll swing by and lend a hand too. Wasn't going to take the truck but the Passat is diesel so that counts a little. Regardless, I can still help out.

So by missing the first flight we missed our connecting flight and the next flight out isn't til 6am. Gonna be a long night at the airport

Not the first person to spend a night in SeaTac. You aren't flying Alaska airlines, are ya? They specialize in just barely missing connections :D

Well at least you get to but some of that real good bottled water for $5 ea. to enhance the fancy atmosphere.

I got to meet Les & his dad for a few minutes today. Great guys. I should get wrapped up with work in a few hours, but sun is going down right now, idk if he will still be wrenching by the time I can get over there.
