I'm running a little more than 0.5 quarts of 2-stroke-oil in every full 26 gal. tank sinc 2005 without any problems. Here in germany, the ULSD is yellow coloured and the 2-stroke-oil also, so no probs with colour. Home heating oil is the same like ULSD, but it is red coloured and illegal to fill...
There are also OEM foglights for the airdam below the bumper. LMC carry them also, but you'll need a new aridam AND you'll have to remove the front tow hooks !

Aply 12V the solenoid OPENS and the IP, Engine, etc. runs till you cut off the 12V.
This is the only way to shut off a diesel engine. The engine runs until there is now more fuel.

Do it AND clean your radiator, perhaps a new 180°F T-stat and you should be done.
Between 12.8 Liter to 20.5 Liter per 100 Kms, depending on the right foot, towing, etc.

Try the 180°F RobertShaw style from KennedyDiesel. Got them in mine and never go higher than 185°F on the gauge, even while pulling about 5000 Kgs.

1. the most expensive place to buy oil is at a gas station
2. the most expensive size is ONE liter
3. this oil is not sold anymore here.
4. you can get Castrol Edge TurboDiesel 0W-30 @ around 8-15 Euro per liter
depending where you buy and how...
Looks like that you got more probs with that in finland that we in germany. Till today, I thought the hardest inspections are here, but now I know, you got them !
