Also keep in mind the fuel pressure regulator is in the tbi head. So you could have good supply from the pump, but the regulator could be dumping fuel back to the tank.
Probably not likely to be your problem, but I've had a fuel pump relay give almost identical symptoms.

Have a set of Cooper discoverer at3's on my truck in 235/85/16
It's a 94 F350. Can't say I've had a problem with them.
Front ones wore funny because I was lazy with changing my ball joints.

Maybe this weekend I can have the time to work on it more.
Definitely wanted to try the clear line to check for air.
Once it ran a bit, it smoothed out some. Which I figure is mostly from air getting in at the FSS. From what I can tell, it's the older version with the Allen head.
But still...
So finally had a chance to look at my buddies truck.
He has done Leroys psd and relocate, new lift pump, has a new alternator, new Accelerator Pedal.
It has a very touchy throttle. In the video, I wasn't even giving 1/4 throttle. If you drop it into gear, it will idle down and stay there...
Then you may cut it down in size to avoid any hassle.
I'm not sure, but I don't think they care if you only have ten gallons in a 119 gal tank. It's still "hazmat" or whatever in their eyes. But like I said, not sure.

I thought the red dye was a chemical reaction on the litmus paper?
I mean yeah, if it looks red they'll say something, until they actually test it.
But what do I know, that's just something I read in a big diesel fuel article awhile back.
(Note: I use actual diesel additives anyways. Won't run...
Well I was about to say I've seen bad ball joints do that on my F350. Didn't help any that I ran them at almost max psi for awhile.
But then I saw we're running the same tires.
Most seem happy with them though, with no out of ordinary wear.

I think you'd be better off with hmmwv wheels and tires.
You would need a lot of light to run mrap tires. Lol

Vin stays with the truck.
If it was swapped, won't tell you anything about the engine.
Can also look a the color of the block. If it looks like factory red paint, it's early 80's. (Iirc)

Difference in year shouldn't make much difference.
But you can try to get the casting numbers off the block. Believe it's on the bellhousing.
For vin c vs j, pull the air cleaner and look for a EGR.

I used normal copper anti seize on the adjuster because it's what I had on hand.
Far as the rest, I've been using crc silaramic.

That's the way I've seen it.
If a flush/new fluid makes it slip, it was already time for a rebuild anyways.

I've never seen those. Look like a great idea though.
I'm surprised the army considers them one time use. Any way they can pinch pennies........
You know, I've never seen those around the motorpool. I've gonna have to go looking now.

Probably should've started off saying you were told you have a head gasket leak or cracked head. Lol
I wouldn't use either of those. Fix it right.
