It's what I have, an arbor press would be handier. I borrowed a Valve spring compressor last time.

Oh yeah, I love that you improvised, that's great to see. I'm surprised the 50 ton press worked to compress the valve springs - I would have thought it would have been easy work for something that size.

LOL, I was joking. The gauge never moved, IIRC the springs take 80 lbs to start compression at extended length up to 200+ lbs at full compression.:D
 
I find that for a sarcastic or smart-ass comment, putting the word snark in parentheses at the end of the sentence helps the more aware among us to recognize the sarcasm (snark).
 
Yeah, that would work, there really isn't a sarcasm or tongue in cheek emogee to chose from and you can't count on people always picking up on it without the benefit of voice inflection.
 
Must be the processing and handling fee!:woot: They always get you with those on the infomercials!
