No,they did,nt. But they did fail to put it trough the testbefore releasing it for sale here.IMO That makes them and the gov-ment responsible on this side of the pond.Amercan Corporate greed is the driving force,the citizen are just used as guiny pigs.:mad2:

I do find it funny how everyone felt so strongly about this. I mean I think the guy was just an idiot thinking he's gonna get somewhere trying to sue over a problem in trucks that in general are over 10 yrs old. That would be like me suing GM for the Paint peeling on my 90 Burb. Maybe I should get him to do that for me too. The paint on my hood flaked off and blocked my vision and almost caused an accident. Also I can't pick up chicks anymore cause my paint is peeling and I'm depressed and going to kill myself...GM SHOULD PAY !!!

In all fairness, I understand his feelings over this whole mess but, OMG as Kenny said, these trucks are in most cases 10 years old or older.

The courts have already heard the whiners on this issue. It was decided that the extended warranty was an OK fix.

No serious court is gonna even give this a look see.

The DTECH PMD's on a cooler along with an otherwise good DS4 IP will make the beast run fine.

The mechanics or ???? Must be having a bad hair day if they can't fix these things at this late date.

Although I have seen a few shops that still mount the PMD back on the IP down in the hellhole. :eek:

Anyway, back to enjoying our old Iron.

Not here. The guy has a scam on the go, and we don't need either the drama or the problems...

On every site he's been on, it starts out as a reasoned plea to join his little crusade against the big, bad GM guys. Then it escalates into yelling, name-calling, and theatrics as he tries to guilt people into supporting his cause.

And when we ban him, he starts threatening the admins and vendors?

Nah. I nominate him for flake-of-the-week. This guy is right up there with Steaksauce - if you have seen his websites, I think they were in the same Jr High website-building class.

How big is the H1 Hummer population? Doesn't the AMG version have a mechanical pump, or was that just on the true milspec versions?

I bet that the H1 civilian class is too small to assemble enough for a class action lawsuit. Maybe he should enlist Schwarzennegger? Maybe Schwarzennegger's posse already contacted Heath or PMD Cable for the fix?):h

He has a fleet of them and only one runs on hydrogen. I know as I sat next to him in a Beverly Hills Restaurant and was there when the valet delivered his wheels with the distintive 6.5 TD clatter. Should have pitched him an ATT. :D

Nothing runs on hydrogen. The hydrogen is converted to electricity via fuel cell. Just sayin.

BTW hydrogen fuel cell vehicles will NEVER become mainstream because the cheapest source of hydrogen currently comes from Petroleum or Natural Gas. After adding in the cost to extract hydrogen from those sources, then the storage, transportation and safety issues, it can never be competitive with Dino fuel.
 
Good observation, not too much H1 population. Schwarz probably have bought Heath or fabricate a kit himself. He probably have 6.5 mechanics on staff.
 
ok now i have to speak. as for lawyers thet are bottom feeders we all know that,as for govt motors we all know that they are unlikely to sue themselves we are all accountable for oure actions and as i was taught so are corporations at least till they buy corporate lawyers. as for my familly threghten them and see how long you draw breath i dont blame him for feeling the way he does but i am incenced to hear that because a hummer belongs to a fire dept or an ambulance etc... its better than ours shame on you and do what you have to do

My fear and what I posted on Page, is that this clown is part of some Nader type group that is pissed we did not crush our non DPF smoke belching Jurassic Park Diesel dinosaurs or turn them in for clunker cash, getting NTSB to deem them "unsafe at any speed" since GM/Stanadyne won't put any more $$$ into the fix, and then the Obama "green planet machine" working through a left wing SF nut under the guise of "helping us poor 6.5ers" we have to stop driving our "Dangerous" trucks and crush them.

Keep an eye on this, it is how librtards operate.

I think he is just some pissed off moron. We all get pissed and go on tirades. I wanted to put a website up bashing Lee's Auto Ranch in ellingon ct for the royal f'in they gave me so I kinda in a small way understand but sometimes it's just not worth it. It's pointless. I have betterthings to do with my time. Obviously he doesn't.

He is Pimping a steam cleaning business, his SAR Hummer rescue stuff as well as other stuff too.

Nader wanted corvairs off the road but I still see them plying the highways around here from time to time.

Fellow locally has a Greenbrier Bus. Now you dont see very many of them critters for sure any more.

Now if you want to talk about unsafe at any speed, think about the little go cart they call the SMART CAR.

One hit from a good sized pickup or worse yet, a semi and the smart car is like a large bug on the bumper. Saw a picture at the local PD of a smart car that was between a dump truck and a transit bus. Nobody lived from the Smart car. Just juice. The car was 18 inches long when the backed the bus away from the truck.

Anyway. so much for Mr Lawsuit. What a waste of time and energy.

I was in Germany several years ago in a Fiat that I thought was small, until I started passing smart cars, the only thing I could pass in the Fiat Punto
