My new truck

It has to be all that waiting for the three weeks you can work between Spring thaw and Fall freeze!

Injectors are in, still waiting to see if my buddy at the snowmachine shop can surface the manifold, if not I'll buy a stone and use my milling machine. Injectors sure were easy to get to without the manifold in the way. :)

what's a big bullet flange leak? It was warped so I want to try and get it flat again. Never had much luck trying to use a belt sander on that spread out of a surface

Surface actually has a twist to it as well only the #2 hole was sealing all the way around. The other 3 leaked on the top half

well all I have left is installing the turbo and inner fender. Got it pretty flat with a real surface grinder. Interesting note I popped all the old injectors as I pulled them out, almost all of them peed a stream before they officially popped. Pressure ranged from 1500-1800. I will be disappointed if it doesn't start better and run smoother

Sooo... Got the turbo bolted on and discovered that the angle had changed enough that the braces wouldn't fit any longer, I think my buddy picked the wrong port to try and go off of. So I waded out in the snow and found one of my other manifolds. I figured I'd surface it with my mill this time, so it should be good to go now.IMG_20170405_113226.jpg IMG_20170405_113236.jpg
I guess on the plus side the old manifold should come off pretty easy now.
