Are you going to return stanadyne resistor also?
Asuming not the difference is $99.00
If returning resistor $69.00
I'll pay shipping to you.
I'll keep my stanadyne resistor but return your stanadyne PMD and purchase a D-Tech PMD,#9 Resistor and the six foot cable to mount under the front bumper on my heatsink where it is mounted now!
Sounds good. You still have my mailing address? I'll invoice you after I receive the items.
14.79V may be a little high, does it keep going up with RPM? You can run a scanner while driving it, or just have someone rev and hold the engine at 2000rpm while you test it. I'll have my Wife hold the Accelerator Pedal at 2000 and I'll check the Voltage at the Alternator as before!
Do you have someone close by with another 6.5 truck you can test the PMD on?
It is very high odds against two new Stanadynes going bad on the same truck. I wonder if something is frying them?
No! I am the only 6.5 Owner of all my friends! Most own the Z71 1/2 ext. cab shortbed Chevy's!
