glow plug for 6.2/ 6.5

GM has been changing glow plug part numbers here lately. The old 9G glow plug number is back, but it is for the 2015+ trucks, and has superceded back to 06.

7-8 years ago I helped a guy remove some swelled champions, no reprogramming or extra key cycling. He didn't even know it was doable. Glad it was n/a 6.2. 6 of 8 swelled.

Yep, the 6.9/7.3 guys said the same thing about champions and autolites. BERU is normally a good safe way to go(BERU makes AC's).

I've never liked performance from champion in anything newer than 1960 other than a Briggs and Stratton. IMO the only reason they are still in business is most of their customers never do comparison testing.

Champion makes a FINE marine grade spark plug for older 2 stroked OMC's, and they even run pretty good in MERC's. They also work good in lawnmowers, and DODGE's, other than that not much use for them.
