Finally left me stranded

We've been PMing on the side.
Looks like I can do WTS priming with one relay (safely) and only add about $20 to cost. Extra parts and labor.

Sorry for the confusion. No question.

Leroy's humor, be as he usually never misses an opportunity for a pun.
When he said "We've been PMing on the side". I had to reread it incase he was putting a joke in there.

Don't worry, Ive said dumber things.

OH!! I see now, left myself open, that usually doesn't happen ;)

I might have said something like "try Pamprin next time" or Vagisil.

OK SnowDrift, I have a harness built and tested. Works great but is definitely more work. Only three connections in engine bay: +bat, ground and GP relay. Two connectors at the LP.
All on one relay and still has momentary push button.

Paid. Let me know when you ship out the harness, so I know to look for it. If you have tracking information, let me know, too, so we can be sure the dog is locked up on delivery day - he's been known to eat things he wasn't supposed to.

Came home from work one day to find that my American Statfordshire Terrier mix had torn the fringe off 3/4 of the way around, then proceeded to shred the vinyl and foam on a quarter of my hot tub cover so I had strips of vinyl and foam chunks all over my back yard.

Just got back. You will be sent tracking by Paypal when I print the label witch should be in a few minutes. Will mail tomorrow.
Thank you.

So, is this the wrong way to do it?

That is exactly the way Leroy makes his.

Except instead of tapping into anything. or cutting and splicing any wires, he just goes to the end of the wire and plugs in.

Instead of splicing into the tan wire - he goes to the end of it.

If you want to plug a drill into an extension cord you do not cut the cord and splice in. You go to the end of the cord and plug in. That is the only difference between Leroy's and your schematic. The same schematic I used to make my relay upgrades.

So when did we start to have hidden replies? I replied to this and then noticed something that said something like - see hidden replies. I cl;icked that and saw the rest of the story.

My post was way late. LOL

I still like the toggle switch for priming the fuel pump and doing diagnostics.

I'm sure it wouldn't be much more tp leave to momentary out and supply the wire for it. That way I could cut the wire to mount the toggle anywhere I wanted.

I may be needing one of these soon. I need to talk to my son and see if he wants to build or buy.
