Engine doesn't idle smooth

o_O  That's the problem!

Pensacoladiesel. Just read their Google reviews and some are not printable.

The PMD is getting cooked on the intake. I hit over 350 degrees on it easy. Yes turbo compressed air, no intercooler, is damn hot.
You said that's problem are you referring to the parts I used

Yes, as one co has bad rep for bad parts out the door. So new parts don't mean good parts. Sadly this is par for the course no matter what you are working on. Reputation is big and even that is rough at times.

Second issue is cooking PMD's on intake.

At this point start troubleshooting over. As suggested look for air, psi from lift pump, codes, grounds.

Ok checked the fuel no bubbles as far as location of pmd I might put it back on the pump because this trouble started after I moved it in the first place pmd went the first time ten years ago when I looked on the net everybody said my location was good. As far as parts go 99%of all parts come from same supplier regardless of the parts dealer even from GM

I am triing to put video of how it runs on here not good with computers.where is a good spot for checking fuel pressure

A change to the optical sensor position to get more fuel. Most consider this a bad idea. Would need to get a scanner on it to verify. Also sounded like it idles faster than normal.

But not right away the third one did at first but cleared up with a bad pmd plugged new pmd back in ran fine until January
