adding some things to my truck got a few ?s

More power from PMD swap?.....

I actually remember the same thing or I wouldn't believe reading it either...

Not sure if the signal from a failing PMD isn't as precise, or doesn't allow the voltage to increase as well as a fresh one,

I CLEARLY remember my truck feeling light and peppy and great after installing Heaths on mine a few years back...

Maybe thats why my rig can't get out of it's own way.....Stil got the original PMD/FSD from the Warranty swap on the IP in 06-07......Go figure!

Yeah, and this is an important point that I was chastised on before. The PMD does increase voltage to the IP fuel solenoid with increasing RPM/load/fuel rate. Its not only a pulse width modulated signal. If it cant increase the power it probably cant control the fuel solenoid as well to get the correct fuel rates with ever increasing speed. even though pulse width may be correct it may not have fully opened before reseating, who knows.

At idle 600 RPMs I saw little under 2V, and idling at 1500 RPMs (thank you GMTDScantech) it was closer to 3V and when I got it to about 4000 RPMs it was about 5V.

A good PMD is a performance mod ;)

Would it be possible to wire them up in Parallel!

Discuss your opinions on why it may work?

I know just like OP said. My truck felt quick and light with the fresh Heath... Hugely noticable.
