No problem, I started it and the banter is better than posting "Bump" every two weeks waitng for something significant to happen or I post another shot of a part I've cleaned. Yawn.
We could go way off topic and you can tell us about the trip with someone and a lymmie again................And how he liked to save rocks found along the way......................and how he didn't like to shower or something like that............. :rof:
Might as well. Just don't ban ME cause this thing keeps shifting to topics very much not "Performance" related.:cheers2:Do you want me to change the thread title to '635 Rebuild cont. EXCEPT when it gets derailed'?
:rof:
So what did you deside with the pistons? You going with the stock or what?
If you have the specs for this I have a engineering machinist friend here in Boise that could cut them to what you want. You can even stand there and watch while he does the work. And since it's on a 6.5l he would probably cut you a deal on the work to boot. Yep, he owns one too.
You have my number, call me if you want to discuss it more to details.
I've read some of that "personal support" you are talking about. Are you sure about that?:rof:
Pual, Have you heard of the copper mine over in your neck of the woods? It's a Kiewit operation. Just wondering what the locals have to say about that operation.
:confused5:
Poking fun.
I was just wondering about the locals and what they thought about Kiewit before i put in my app with them. Just because they are a huge conglomerate doesn't meen they are a good company to work for. I get out of school in three weeks and am looking at places to work and relocate to.
Pual said there needs to be more 6.5 owners in that area so I thought I'd look into the area. I like what I can see from google earth. And UT was the second place on the list to look.
Duct tape. Like Star Wars, there's the light side and the dark side, and it holds the world together.
