Egr blocker and DSP 5 going in this week I hope. It still gets a bit hot for my liking and the egr code is on probably 2/3 of the time. I'm thinking I might be boiling off at the egr So it might be a win win. Temps stay under 205 but before I had egr issues it ran at 190

200-210 towing is complettely normal. The stats don't even go full open until 212-230.

Tied 12-13k behind it today, highest I saw was 212 pulling a 1/2 mile grade accelerating from 55-65 in 4th. Within a mile I was back to 195 cruise set at 58 in 4th. It was 95 outside.

Sounds like you need to ring shop lol. Mine asked why the rings from my first marriage were on my 95's key ring, after I told her I was given the choice of her or the 6.5l she hasn't questioned me much on my trucks lol

Haha That's awesome. The ring shopping has been a process. Planning to have the ring and pop the question first of next year on a vacation planned to see her family.
My previous relationship ended very shortly after I was told I spent too much time with my (old) truck.

My wife had been looking for a used honda for herself when she found the deal on my hummer. Just had me drive there, i thought we were going to look at another honda. She also bought me my first snapon tool box before that. Even before that the biggest crafstman socket set the sold was a christmas gift a couple years after we got married.

Lesson being, pick HER right and the rest goes better than you think. Of coarse i must have broke something, she is just not excited about the idea of a duece and a half.
