Just thinking outloud, but is it possible that you overfilled the coolant when you did Tstat-Fluid change? Also did you put the heater on high to get the air out of the heater core lines?

Think I might trade in. 5k for labor and parts when I NEED my truck isn't gonna work.

Got offered 6k trade in. The old truck is a hair on the rough side so I'm considering it. They have a '12 crew cab dually on the lot.

Dealer did water pump after i did t stats and has a coolant pump they used.

Power steering pump is chattering, master cylinder leaking, front axle junk, and they offered 6k! It would be my pleasure! Lol

They offered 6500 and I talked them down to 36100 for the silverish '13 dually cab and chassis.
