Anyone have any idea of what this came off of? I'm guessing a very old small lathe, maybe even an armature lathe. Other than a patent date there's no markings on it anywhere. I cleaned it up just to see.

You swapped engine and trans together? Sounds like it could be a balance issue. First crack each injector loose one at a time while the engine is running. Be careful of high pressure spray as it can inject into your hand and cause a very bad day. If you find one that doesn't make any difference...

I've been using the universal coolant from Walmart for years without issues. I do use distilled water though.

You could depin the female end and give it a squeeze to tighten them up

If the batteries are really low or internally shorted a tad it could bring down the voltage

Have you done a filter change? Might be getting plugged and the warmer oil can go thru it easier
