    The old original duraterms were pretty good. So at 11 years old he probably has the old originals. The newer ones QC went out the window.

    I'd be concerned the drive rod to the oil pump is stuck in the bottom.

    Most of the early rebuilds were mainly just a reseal and adjust as the main reason they were replaced was the pmd going bad. For all the bad rap the DS 4 gets it's actually a fairly good pump with a pmd issue

    I wouldn't put much stock into the color of the data plates. Pumps probably been rebuilt multiple times.

    From what I've read the bore usually is damaged from water setting in it. Kinda a dead spot without much fuel movement

    So it sounds like in post 66 you unplugged multiple things. When doing the CPS/OS test everything else stays plugged in. You don't unplug wit the engine running either.
