Quick note, do not put your weight on the thermostat crossover, they can break off far to easily.

Need help! In a pickle in Nome, Alaska

Make absolutely sure the injector lines are correct on the IP, as previously mentioned. It does happen and causes your symptoms. Get the engine harness out from under the intake and inspect it for damage and continuity. It does not have to be under the intake, it can lay on the pass. side of the...

    Relay

That synchronizer relay is not a normal relay, part #12182086 & pricey. It is a solid state controller that GM put into a normal relay container. The older units actually used a normal relay. GM has people who do nothing but dream up new ways to connect 2 wires and that is the best they could...

    12v key-on power

SnowDrift is using the boost solenoid connector to grab 12v. ign. He is using mechanical boost control, so no longer needs that conn. The FSO would work for a relay trigger but I would stay away from any IP circuits, there are other better choices.

    12v key-on power

It is a Pulse Width Modulated control ground from the PCM.

    12v key-on power

Fuel Sol fuse. Feeds the PMD and the FSO only. I would avoid tapping into that circuit.

    12v key-on power

The mate to the boost sol. conn. is 12162000. Pigtails are - PT786 12167120, PT2373 88862292, AUVECO 23190 There are a few on the truck. The underhood light has one. U-pull-it - many GM cars and trucks. All the connectors on your truck are GM/Delphi/Aptiv.

    12v key-on power

Perfect. The yellow wire at the boost solenoid is not a normal ground.

    12v key-on power

The pink wires to the GPR, or FFM or boost solenoid would work. What are you using the 12v. for? Any other 12v. ign under the hood I would not tap into. Unfortunatly there is no auxillary 12v. ign. tap under the hood. There are some in the convenience center in the cab.

    Harmonic balancer bolt

The seal rides on the HB snout and the HB has a full length key way. I have experienced this a few times.

    Harmonic balancer bolt

Probably seeped in through the key way.
