Blind Nuts for upper grill

Does anyone have any idea of the blind nuts that are here for attaching the grill are available? This is about the location and would be on '94-'99 I suppose. They're just under this top edge of the core support.

I used some of these on a BMW motorcycle and they really do a nice job of holding panels and shields in place.
I am sure there are smaller sizes.

I don't believe there will be any way to hold that one in place without it spinning. Will keep in mind for future uses though. Thank you.

@Glagulator what are the odds you have the part number for the push in fasteners that secure the rubber flap at the bottom of the inner fender over the control arm to the steel inner fender itself?
