    With that I’ll agree. My investigation with AC Delco confirmed they will not support RockAuto purchases, but they will support Amazon purchases through their official store. I thought you were criticizing all Chinese made AC Delco, but it appears you wrote that while thinking RockAuto.

    He bought an AC Delco water pump. What other options are out there. I’ve used a Bosch water pump. It lasted 70K miles. Again, what other options are out there? You can’t just come in and piss all over it, while providing no options.

    Many of the top brands have their parts made in China where they work for a bowl of rice with a gun to their back. As long as the brand has their QA over the process, you get good parts. It’s the knock-offs from the same plant that will get you. Most everything is now made in China or Mexico.

    I have the 506 block with heads. Promised it to Marty, but he then wisely bought a new Optimizer. I’m thinking I’ll keep it for the heads, possibly for the other earlier ‘95 enigine I have in a crate.

    Test fire as in shoot the pos up? This is the 2nd laptop battery I had expand. First was on a work laptop, so they paid for the service. This one was mine and I did the tried and true Google search, found some videos, opened it up and had the battery out in no time.
