    The weights on the flywheel should be on the motor side, verify it... You should not have that much gap me thinks...

    I'm near certain the alternative fuels is the root cause, so much carbon build up the rings gumed up and soot filled the oil.

    From my understanding the shaft is best when straight or level, maybe along the way the keys were turned to raise the front a bit?
