I personaly don;t need your software as my old snap-on MT 2500 does everything....thanks for the offer ...but I was trying to help out the regular Joe that doesn't have the bucks for outdated software.....since it's only good for 94-95 diesels....not many still kicking
We have some different laws here in Can-Ontario....you do an engine swap of anything but orginal they can only visual check pollution eqippment ....same year your FK'ed....or newer

Now that you replaced the ign swicth have NO MORE problems comumicating with the TEch 2 right.......it's a sure sign wiring or ignition switch problems when other than jumper scanners can't comunicate with ECM .computer Jumber scanners - paper clip A+B terms up to 1995

Hope you slide back and tell us if your problem is solved EH .....plus I'am interested in finding out if your ELM 327 software program communicates now after the fix ......many others are probably wondering even if it's fixed or not
When you put switch to start power is going threw ignition switch to the solenoid ...so it cranks......power may not be going out of the solenoid...that's the reason to check ......your right side battery has a fuseable link on the Positive post wire[black]runs over wheel well to the junction...

E Yellow w/ Black stripe (or Brown) APP Sensor 1...
Don't know ifin you have dumped the Opt sensor noise filter or not but in future you may want to ....as it does fool with fuel delivery problems.....cuts circuits to PCM and PMD when hot
