what type of turbo to choose?

I did not try fitting the gm-6 turbo with the truck manifold, but thought about it. Coming out of the turbo to inter cooler, back to intake. The truck intake definately flows better than van. Then with your pedestal mount no drilling the block. Hose connections to turbo means no intake problems and no need to swap heads. The only difficulty is rework intake tube to turbo and up pipes.
Will,
What do you think about this

This drive shaft is too high. For drilling is a problem.

I som disassembled engine. The pistons have a size of 113,381мм.
Cylinder bore has a hone.
Everything is not bad. The crankshaft has a standard size.
What do you think about it

Need I replace it?

Balancer is done, replace it.

As for the first bearing pic, that to me, means the crank isn't true or the line hone isn't true, so I'd be getting the crank checked first, if its ok, your going to need the mains checked/honed for straightness.

If I understand correctly, you think that the crankshaft may be crooked isn't it?

About the oil feed and return, I forgot to mention- you do not need to use the factory location where the center mount turbo gets and returns it's oil. If you make a hose 1/8" npt thread it will screw into the block at the oil journal in the valley and can feed a different turbo from that. Then the return oil can dump down into the side of the oil pan with a through fitting. That is unless you already have a turbo already. If you do, post pictures of what you have.

I have this

And this

I can not to put the turbine into stock place. Oil drive shaft prevents this. I have only two way:
1. replace drive shaft and drilling block. But I don't know where to buy HUMMERs drive shaft for it. May be can you help me to look it?
2. make the podium for turbine with oil channels. I know where get oil for feed hose. But I can't understand about return oil hose. On front side or rear side?

No on gasket kit. You want Felpro or Victor Reinz gaskets.

Yes on oil pump drive (oil shaft).

the gm6 is your turbo, same as vans and hmmwvs/ hummers. Using your spacer podium, run the return line on the passanger side down to the block off plate where a mechanical fuel lift pump would mount. Just drill and tap the plate. If you look online you will find pictures of these, this would be easier than doing the oilpan.

OK. One question. Have I use oil recirculation pump? Or will be enough stock of oil pressure?

one thing to note for future readers is not all gm6s are for center mount. I have a gm6 on my DD from the factory

No recirculating pump. You do need a high volume oil pump, it has the spacer in the pump body. If your not sure what you have, post picture of your oil pump. I will try to find pictures of where to drain oil to.

Ok. Tomorrow I'll make a pictures. But I think that it's a stock oil pump.
