What is it? The diesel suddenly knocks!

Pull the engine out. It's the only way to get the rear main seal back in correctly. It isn't that hard to pull the engine out, and I think by the time you drop the front differential out, it will be less work overall. Plus then you can do it on an engine stand instead of on the ground.
 
number 1 reason a new engine doesn't make it very long is lack of initial oiling. make sure you run the oil pump with a drill before you start it to get oil into all the galleries.
 
Pull glow plugs, keep IP disabled and spin starter 30 seconds at a time till you get pressure on the gauge. Or grind off the camshaft gear on a 6.2 vac pump, cut the head off and use a drill on it.

You have two twisted pistons and this means bent or broken things. Shattered piston skirts or bent/broken rods. The washed piston looks like it NOW has a valve relief in it. Is that the first ring land visible on the shiny "washed" piston?

Likely this engine is scrap metal.

I skip pulling the heads - it's faster to just pull the engine when the heads need to come off. By the time you are done fighting exhaust manifold bolts and head bolts.
 
Twisted piston is only one and it looks a whole. The first picture is not very good. I rubbed oil cylinders to not rusted
 
Yes, you have to drop the front axle if you want to remove the oil pan.

In my opinion this is a waist of time and energy. Pull the engine out and disassemble for examination. You have a good chance the block, crankshaft, and rods are not usable.

In order to remove the crankshaft in the truck you have to separate it from the torque converter, and unbolt the flywheel. This requires separating the transmission from the engine and moving the engine from its mounts, or removing the transmission from its mount, and removing the driveshaft. This is all way more work, and in the end will lead to the probability of more errors.

We have a saying here: It is always faster to do it right the first time, than it is to do it over. We all realize removing the engine is not an easy task, however you are setting yourself up for a lot more hardship. Pull the engine out.
 
I want to remove the oil pan only for examination and to bay parts. And to understand the plan of repair. I'll pull the engine out for repair
 
In Russia is not parts for 6,5 diesel. Shipping from USA will be 1-4 weeks. Now my truck stands in the street on the outskirts of Moscow. And now I do not have a free garage for repair. So I pull the engine out only when all will be ready for repair.
