WHAT IS AN ATT!?!?!?!?

Walking J Designs is the distributor, just search that name.

BTW welcome to TTS

I bet I can outpull most Duramax's in their stock configuration, even with my 3.42 gears. Only problem would be I dont have the suspension for it :)

You're dreamin'!:hihi:
...!
:skep: hmmm? Are you sure? Don't know much about stock D-Maxs as we don't have them here, but, out of curiosity, how are they compared to stock F-150 or stock cummins RAM1500/2500 ?
Some F-150 and RAM guys here still remember my old girl with Heath GL-4 and ATT, and I myself remember how their smile was deleted :rof:.
No fear :D

Mine is about the same as a stock F150. Lets line em up!

I have had the pleasure of riding in a 6.5 with an ATT that was set up very well. It pulled much like a healthy big block gas engine. I was impressed. I'll still race you any day of the week though Tim!

You might be surprised to know that I can make my 6.5 output almost as much fuel as a DMax and it can pull at half the boost with the higher compression.

There is no doubt a well programmed DMax can ouput crazy power, will not deny its more than a 6.5TD can.

Next time you have a get together in the West we can line em up. Of course if it was just a race I'd want a lowered gear 6.5.

F150s are a joke in comparison to either.

I've driven my friend's '03 F350 dually with 6.0 Power Stroke, several times, as recent as this week. It has the Edge adjustable programmer, punched out soot trap on stock 5" exhaust and manual 5 spd. The turbo sounds like a jet engine spooling on the runway. He's got 112K miles on it with no issues. Usually runs it at level 4 on the programming and watches his temps. Holy bat truck. That thing has just gobs of power. I was all proud of my ATT'd 6.5, but folks his performance is a world apart. You punch that thing and the back end will get squirrelly on ya. While towing 14K you can easily make passing moves at highway speed. He wanted me to buy it, but I was concerned over the bad rep of the 6.0 PS. I also like the utility of the Suburban vs a full truck. Guess I'm resolved to life in the slow lane.

BUDDY!! BUDDY!! BUDDY!! [RUUUDY!! RUUUDY!! RUUUDY!!]

I like rooting for the underdog!!!!

If nothing else we'd have a real life comparison on what the 6.5 can do in the hands of people who are trying to take the 6.5 farther than the factory ever dreamed.

Also how much farther we need to take it, if any, to increase the fun factor.

Outpull with what? A trailer and a load behind you? Up a hill? Give me some details. I have a mostly stock configured truck, minus the suspension and exhaust. I wouldn't mind lining them up in a friendly match.

I don't know, my brother has an LBZ and it's impressive. I do have a few mods of my own.
