Leaking valve cover on driver's side. Pulled. cleaned and resealed it. When I pulled it, the lower rear bolt was loose, explaining the leak. Not a fun job.

Put blower motor and ECM back in 92 project truck - had pulled to oil motor and clean evaporator out months ago. Had to buy a short 7mm 1/4 drive socket so I fixed some garage lights with the same trip to the hardware store.

Before the valve cover job, I changed the oil on my wife's 4Runner and my Suburban, after I mowed the yard.

Treated first sunburns of the year. Kids friend with a boat yesterday, hehe.

For those that don't know, mustard in a light coat. Let it dry then comfortable temp shower to rinse it off. Better than any aloe Vera, first aid spray, etc. Thus sayith the light skinned welding dude that grew up in Vegas (tried them all). Takes away pain, redness, makes you want a hotdog real bad.

Fed the cows & Bulls

Cleaned up some parts, made the bypass blocker plug for the water pump.

Getting cleaned up for a massage:p (wife is a massage therapist)

Then back to cleaning parts

We've always used the blue aloe stuff with lidocane in it. Works pretty good. Has a real cooling sensation, and the lidocane numbs the skin. For REAL bad burns, I go in the back yard, and cut off some fresh aloe. The fresh stuff straight from the plant is still the best. Keep aloe plants just in case.

My daughter got a pretty bad burn on her arm (still has some scars) and was crying nonstop 3-4 hours later. We put on lavender oil and she stopped crying instantly and said it never hurt again. This was on a 3 year old so not much psychcolgy involved there. It's not good for burns immediately after being burned because its oil.

Fresh aloe is what my folks always used. Can't remember trying it with lidocaine. I'll pick some up.

My brother in law is one of those wazoo chefs currently working for cake boss dude on tv. He said mustard but I blew it off until a camping trip a bit more than a decade ago. One of those- everything left behind when we changed cars last minute. My entire back and neck was lobster red. Wife said let's try the mustard, I was ready for a bad drive home.

Did half my back in mustard, did my 1 shoulder with a partial can of solicane (sp?) and half lower back with tiny burngel packets used in welding shops. I was not happy about trying mustard, but had nothing else. Burn gel did little better than solicane, but mustard took away most of the pain and redness. Mustard being chilled from the ice chest would have helped more, but it was unopened bottle.
1/2 hour later I went into water to rinse off, then full mustard everywhere. Spent the weekend camping.

3-4 years later at wife's work Christmas party someone mentioned a bad sunburn I said "mustard". Everyone laughed (except me). Then this guy took me outside to his car, and in the trunk next to his first aid kit is a 5gallon water container and a plastic 1/2 gallon mustard jar. The guys wife (that worked with my wife) had been telling everyone "mustard" for 20 years. They figured I knew and was making fun of him. Turns out he was a Dr at UMC burn ward. He said it holds up to desert heat in the truck where the medical stuff can't.

Never use it on a burn that is an open wound though he said. I admit to using it on little weld spatter burns that are open wounds, never had infection yet- but they are small.

I tell people do a side by side test on yourself sometime, just stock up on hot dogs. Haha

Sounds like the mustard is off the hot dog! (a Chick Hearn expression)

Ever tried sunscreen? It does work.;)

Well, the woman is better known for her various rolls in major motion pictures in which she starred. The man is better known for his numerous albums he's had, both with a group he was in and solo, and most recently with Willie Nelson's sons Lukas and Micah on his 2015 tour. His trademark black hat should be a dead giveaway. The photos were taken about 5-10 minutes apart.

Those are your first hints, Will.

Who is Neil Young?

Now for the woman were those Hollywood studio movies, or porn movies?

Yes to the first one, that is my friend, Neil Young.

To answer your second, get serious. She is not an adult film star (although I DO have a couple of friends who were, and one who was very well known in her time). No she is a star of major motion pictures with Academy Award winning directors and co-stars. Second hint: She is a big time diesel fan and powers her diesel vehicle off of B100 she makes herself! In fact, that selfie was taken following a conversation we had about which feedstocks/techniques/equipment we each use to homebrew our B100.

Husker6.5, during my banking career I financed approximately $4 billion worth of Hollywood pictures. Notable favorites included Fargo, Usual Suspects, 4 Weddings and a Funeral, which were produced by Polygram Films. Also financed the Marvel films Iron Man 1 and 2 before they were bought by Disney. I rarely watched the films. Sometimes would get invites to screenings. Never was a big deal and I was not infatuated with stars. So I couldn't tell you who the woman is, but if I were to guess it would be Daryl Hannah. She's an environmental nut and into rock stars like Jackson Brown who went to school with my wife.

Ok. He looks familiar, but I couldn't get it. Looking at his face I had the feeling he was saying "remember me"

Ba-dum-bump.

Big T, I've got this script I want to send you...haha
