The Yukon bit the dust.... for now

Good to hear its back on the road. Where after the downpipe did you split to the dual pipe, and muffler(s)? sig needs an update now

What gearing does the Tahoe have?

It splits about 2.5' after the downpipe. no mufflers. and she has 3.73 gears in her with the g80 locker. and yea i gotta update the signature... lol... things change too often to keep up with the signature

Well, got some bad news everyone, I'm thinking that after about 240k the block has had enough. I've been fighting an overheating issues over the past 2 weeks, have flushed it multiple times, new thermostat and gasket, checked fan and clutch and verified coolant flow. Temp is swinging up to 240f with no load on the motor within 5 minutes of starting truck. For now I am going to baby her as much as possible until I can get a teds motor.

Debating on what to do though, debating between ordering one of the center mount motors since I know they are already turbo spec and either reusing my heads or hunting down the humvee intake setup while retaining the side mount turbo, or second option is getting the n/a spec long block they have and using that.

Ideas or suggestions are more than welcome, and thank you in advance for any information y'all can provide.
