Still Got Vibration...

Other than when Slowing Down with Moderate to Heavy Pressure on the Brakes, yea.

Does it do it while accelerating to those speeds?
Thats odd it does it while slowing down with hard brake pressure. Does light pressure on the pedal cause it?

Gonna go get some New Front & Rear Diff Fluid Tomorrow. I was Running Royal Purple before I Switched to Amsoil, and wasn't having any Problems.

I THINK the Vibration Problem Started when I made the Switch to Amsoil.

Now don't get me Wrong, I'm not Saying Amsoil is Bad, but a Fluid Change would be the Next Thing I can Think of to Try, and I Read a few Places that People have gotten a Vibration after Switching to Amsoil, so it's Worth a Shot.

IMO the vibration is an indication of a problem that lies deeper...The other synthetic may have been masking the underlying issue...I most likely could be wrong and I hope I am...

What brand of tires do you have on? I have a darn vibration on my 02 duramax and when I go on a trip it ruins the whole trip. Darn truck is going to shake apart. If I ever figure out my vibration I will let you know what I find out.

Not familiar with the Cooper tires. Have you had your tires balanced lately? If not you might want to have them balanced. I took mine off at home and brought them in two at a time. I went back in the shop and watched them balance them. They were all good but two of them did appear to be slightly out of round. Mine are a load range E tire. What are yours? The E range would magnify the out of round feeling making the vibration feeling worse? You might have a slight ply seperation?

They are XL Load Range.

That's what one Shop Said might have Happened. They Said a Belt might have Snapped in them.

But it's more of a "Contact" kind of Vibration.

Like I said above, it Feels like 2 Metal Pieces trying to Mesh Together, but with no Fluid to make it "Smooth". But there is no Noise either.

I am just throwing some ideas out there that might help you. I am having the same type of problems. Mine sounds also like two dry parts meshing together without the oil. But just like yours all my cases are all full of fluid. I can't figure out the problem either. I am going to take all four wheels and tires off my dads truck and put them on my vibrating truck.

You might have acouple of problems going on there. I might also. I can, for now, live with the sound of the dry bearing sound. But I can't live with the vibration. I am going to try the tires first to see if possibly it takes care of the vibration issue. It might not but I am going to take the tires out of the equation for now.

Have you tried swapping the tires out one at a time with the spare yet?

What's your point? :D A few years ago I would be out topping & tarping a haystack in that. My uncle has since retired. :(

when I brake real;ly hard my rear end vibrates but I think it is the rotors, you are describing a tire issue.....

Well I'm Slowly Eliminating ALL Possibilities.

Tomorrow the Trucks' goin in for pretty much EVERY Front-End Component that Cognito Makes.

I've already Checked the Rotors / Pads, and they are like New, as they should be, since they are basically New, and Upgraded from Stock.

When I get the Truck Back, I'll be Changing the Front & Rear Diff Fluids back to what I had in before the Amsoil, and no Vibration.

If the Vibes are still there, it'll be New Tire Time, and we'll See if that Fixes the Problem.
