Road Trip !!

He's safe and sound here at the house. Best trick or treater of the night. We did some truck talking, parts discussions, a tour of the place, a little joy riding in each other's rides, discussed projects and such. He'll leave out in the morning to link up with other friends the area. Great to have him here.

Are you carrying a diesel transfer tank? I could see some parts of your journey fuel stops and civilization would probably be few and far between.

No and I've heard if it's not not plumbed into the trucks fuel system that it's illegal here. Don't know for sure.
As long as you can go 300 miles the worst you'd have to do is wait til the store is open. Been there done that. :)

About 3am and I'm at Dawson Creek. Spent the last hour putting new bulbs in my driving lights. Bout -8 so it went kinda slow. I hit snow as I got to Montana and didn't get out of it til just before grand prairie. Made it slower going plus it wears on you after awhile. My truck was pretty clean when I left SLC, ask Paul. I'm probably going to dig out my hotsy and wash all the brine they're starting to use around Calgary.
Well off to fill up and then hit it again.IMG_20171102_133607.jpg IMG_20171102_133623.jpg IMG_20171102_133607.jpg IMG_20171102_133623.jpg

I keep looking at maps- feel like the tracking santa clause thing on the news -haha.

No McDonald’s in that area? Well that’s not fair, where do they get their heart attacks?
