I have a 95 6.5 TD Burb. Heath Remote PMD. The fuel lift pump is wired to come on anytime the key is on. Frybrid WVO conversion.
Everything was fine until last week As it switched to veggie the fuel pressure dropped to zero, and I immediately switched back to diesel. Pulled over to the side of the road as the motor died. Upon opening the hood I found that the fuel line at the top of the IP ruptured. Replaced the fuel line, pulled the intake on the IP and cleaned the screen (had a little of the fuel line in it). Cranked the motor, and it no workee. Had it towed to the house. I have New batteries (last week) and a good starter. I have no codes, good fuel pressure to the IP (6 psi). Checked fuses, all good. double checked the fuel shut off solenoid, and it works fine. Fuel flows out of the fuel shut off port with the solenoid removed. There is very little, fuel flow from the return line out of the IP. And yes it is diesel. doubt that little if any veggie entered the system. I have tried my spare PMD and still no fuel to the injector lines. Can it be a bad IP even though there are no codes??? Any ideas??? Please help.
