Need help

building them is easy....I can take that drive and put it in a external enclosure and wipe the bastages out of it.....if you are happy with what you have you can keep it and I will save the files for you.....easy for me to do. Nothing but a little time

Well, I'm due for a new system anyways. It was custom built back in 2002 and has been since upgraded. It currently is taking me about 1 minute to load my email and any program. Its basically painfully slow.

I was looking to spend somewhere between 600-1000 bucks on a new CPU.

By the way Tim, I lost my cell phone today. AT&T is sending me a new one. I could always send you a telegram.):h

Now is the time to invest in a iPhone....they are pretty cool. I am glad Jim was able to help you out. You could always get a Nice XPS from Dell, Or a Alienware machine. They are really good. Even the notebooks.

Nick, that's great that your up and running again. Now would be a great time to get something to do back ups to.Be sure to have it run on a schedule so you don't need to remember to do anything.

I have no desire for an I-Phone. The only thing I liked about my Blackberry is that I can check and send out emails on it. Thats it. I didn't even use it to do anything else besides call people. I've never really cared much about phones that cost more than a house. The only reason I even ended up with this Blackberry is because it was free through AT&T with a renewal of my contract. I think its entirely too complicated for a phone.
