Howinthehell do you guys find those? I've been looking for one up here for a year now.

Looks like Rob's TurboTahoe...

Thanks...this is what I was searching for to begin with.

Actually BK found this one before the Burb, but when I tried to pull it up from the Craigslist link he sent me, it had been deleted by the author???

I was just surfing & looking to see if the owner of the Burb had re-posted his ad or updated it on CL & VIOLA there it was. I'm sure it will need a few things, but the bottom undercarriage of it is very solid & it was cheaper then the Burb??? Go figure.

He's not getting my optimiser that's sitting on the engine stand:nonod::nonod:

Next time rent a uhaul trailer as pictured above in this thread. Drive your truck down and the hook up the trailer. A manual come-along takes 2 hours tops to pull a Suburban on the trailer. Wear a light color shirt for sunny and warm/hot days. This shirt color is VERY important for running the business end of the manual come-along.

Then take the vehicle to the comfort of your driveway garage or back alley. Have a friend run the brakes including the e-Brake if needed. If those don't work make sure it and the car behind it has full coverage... Kick it off the trailer and stop it within 1/2 mile of where you want to work on it. Use a chain to pull it back to where your tools are. There you can test things like 'will the engine turn over? are the batteries good? Rods hanging out the oil pan?'

The bright side is you can learn a lot. If you screw it up - well it was broken to begin with.

:rof:It has a home in a 95 extended cab with under 100k on it:cool: As soon as I get the 94 "599" truck out of the shop. Too many other distractions:mad2::mad2::hihi:
