the asking price is 5500.
test drove it and sounds like it needs a new power steering pump. also there are scratches and dents on the body. missing a bumper guard. no lock on the driver side. ac works fine but might need some work. was originally white and looks like a new bed.
i offered 4 for it and the guy said no. going to wait a week and talk to him again. what do yall think is a good price for this?
 
pump will probably make noise for a long time before failing.

Make sure its a 6.5! Not an olds 350 diesel conversion! 6.5 is 396!

Sure looks nice. ONly truck i've ever seen that makes the Work truck grille look decent!

I didn't even look at the KBB, but street prices are always way lower than bank/KBB with these 6.5's...
 
Yes 2wd. I emailed the guy and he said it is a 6.5l turbo diesel. How would I make sure of it? Can I use the vin to look it up. Or can I tell from the pictures
 
Whew thank you lol o was going to be disappointed. This guy is a anna be dealer he buys and sells cars so I think he is trying to make a little bit of money so I'll just wait and see if he lowers it. Or see if I can find a different one
 
I'd be real leery of that one. Shouldn't have even offered 4. Interior door panels mismatched and you said the box isn't original right? I'd bet the drivers door has been replaced as well. I'd agree on the pass....
 
Thank you all for the input. I guess I'm going to wait till the seller either lowers it or I can find a better one. I I'd email the seller and asked if the trick was ever in an accident. I might look up the vehicle history report

Looks like a $3k or less truck to me, IF! you could stand to look at it everyday.
 
That is a good looking truck. Crew cab Long bed with no rust and good paint, vinyl seats, newer tires, and A/C, is worth it. If the engine runs strong and doesnt have a lot of blow by then its a great truck.

If it was in accident seller has to or should disclose that, or get carfax.
