Ok I am having a Hydrogen generator installed. My truck average 17 - 18 mpg in town and over 20 on the highway hand calculated.I will let you all know what if any results are. My only problem is I just put new tires on so don't if that is going to effect my mileage.

Alright unit is in. Looks Good I will take pictures tomorrow and post them. I will update all of you on results. Hoping for 4-5 mpg increase...

I have noticed my EGT's are lower and not as much smoke under a hard load...

I have never heard of it, cant wait to see the pictures. Its an intake?

Interested

I have read at several sites for many months and wanted to buy or make one for my truck. So I would appreciate your report on this too.

No its a unit that generates Hydrgen from water and then the hydrogen is pumped into my intake. I will try and get pics today I have been super busy..

I have read a lot on them. Some people think they a gimmic. I know the man who installed mine on my truck. He has one on his gasser and has had a good increase in mileage. They installed one on my truck to see what kind of numbers they could get on a diesel. I have noticed that my truck runs better, EGT's are lower and less smoke. So I should be filling up on Thursday to get my first set of numbers. My last calc was on Saturday right after they installed it and I had 17.5 hand calc with only 20 miles being hydrogen. So that is my baseline.

A guy I know deals those. He picked up only about 2 mpg on his cummins....not the number the manufacturer claimed they got on their cummins.

Hopefully you see better results cause the ones I've seen have been real pricey.

Well after the first tank numbers are about the same. although about a 100 of them were pulling a trailer. I should have some better info by next week....

No brand name yet. They are being made by two guys I work with. Very nice setup I will try and get pics just no time in the day to get anything done...

How many Liter per minute, 3 to 5.

We need to calc that. I know I have the 3 unit setup for more volume. I had a small challenge with my numbers. I had to recalibrate my tire size some how it went back to factory and my speedo was slow by 5mph. I just filled up yesterday and I should have a new MPG number this friday...

Ok here are the initial numbers

Friday I got 20 mpg
Today with towing my trailer 15.4

We have had to make some adjustments. I am currently at 8 amp draw we are trying to adjust it to 15 amps. To produce more hydrogen.

I will keep updating this...

I forgot to add we need to add a vacuum breaker to the bubbler tank because I sucked it dry under WOT

Ok

Great, keep up the hard work for us. I've read in the past somewhere that you need 1 liter of Hydrogen to 1 liter of displacement to be able to gain any mpg. So a 6.6 liter engine would need 6.6liter or more to see any gain. And most hho units produce 3liters of hho, so you having 3 units would be the correct about produced for a 6.6liter engine, but at 15amps. When you can get to 15 amps you should see a mpg gain, hopefuly.
