How do you all get 6.2s to 300K miles

Well boys
The trip was a success, the fuel guage came back after I filled it to the brim and began driving, not sure how that happened, either way, i bought a Jerry can, not taking chances.

Below you'll find photos of the trip, the K5 did wonderful, the other cars on the trip (2024 Chevy Impala and Ford Maverick) had to refuel multiple times, I made it on one tank from SD to Minneapolis.

My MPG during my trip there and back:

Absolutely insane how much of a difference there is, and this was with me still doing 80-95MPH on the way there.

The only difference between my last trip there and now was the weather, it was warm back then, this time it was close to freezing.

I need a cold air intake or something, clearly the numbers show for themselves, my performance and fuel economy with one would be game changing.

any thoughts/suggestions?

Ok; that is some great numbers with those tires & that speed.

Yes an intercooler is a good thing. Take measurements what would fit then mosey through the junkyard…
