Been around a bit
]OK,,I found this on SearchTempest.com <-- It searches all Craigslist's with in your set search area's My Zipcode + 750 miles away, I found many But decided to go get this one!!
After a 25hr round trip from Mid Michigan to DC, giving up $6300 bucks, Plus about $300 more in fuel,dinner,toll roads, ect.
Here it is! A 1995 K1500 GMC SLT. W/ 128,850 miles
I got this from the 2nd owner, he's had it for the last 10 years, and only put 21,000 miles on it during that time.
The list of goodies he's done in that time are awesome! Over $2000 just with Heath alone!
Front end rebuilt 2/1/07 Complete New Reman Tranny @ 123,000 Copper Prospector SUV tires 5/19/07 @118,000 miles - Elc. IP harness 5/10/08 - Heath MaxTork chip 3/09 - Heath Bosch fuel injectors 4/18/09 @120,878 miles - Heath glow plugs & 4" exhaust 2/11. Also found,, Heath Turbo Master, New water pump, New Alternator, serp belt, belt-tensioner, 2 new Diehard gold 800cca's, New heath Lift Pump. A Posi- Lok 4X4 manual actuator system, a 6 disc changer under rear seat, 200 watt amp under console, and all the books, manuals, and window sticker! $37,600.60 <--Holy Crap!
Crawling around underneath I'm finding ZERO Body rust!! There appears to be the stock HB and from all I can see, the rubber looks good, But I think I'll replace it any way. The fan is a 6 blade <--<yuck> That will get the duramax fan soon. I'll need a New PMD kit also as it is currently on the IP. I will be ordering a Raptor Bedliner Spray on kit and doing from the body side moldings down, Rockers, and inside the door rocker areas, as I live on a dirt road, then a set of Mudflaps, and some vent visors, then driving it till the wheels fall off!
