Got me Burb!!

Check your LP as well if there is some fish bite. I think the higher pressures from a Walbro -10 help as well. Other than that grounds and grounds. Run an extra ground wire from the battery neg to the frame rail, IMO something GM should have done.

Extra ground on the way,, and the LP is a Heath unit, maybe 2 yrs old.

Sad to say, it's on the pump,, I know, I know,, that will be the first mod! After all the Heath parts I found the PO had done to it,, I was surprised to see it still there. He had stated that he had cleaned all the grounds recently also. New unit and cable is the first order of biz. Might pull the one off my 94 to check double though.
For sure pull the 94 and check it!
Not rare. No such thing
I have seen them in my dreams. FWIW Im building a 6.5 CCLB 6 lug truck!

Thats the same as a 93 pump?

I went to Heaths site,, and that is what he shows in the pic, as the 6.5 lift pump

"Heavy-duty, high-quality fuel lift / transfer pump for '94-newer trucks, Suburbans & Chevy Blazers"

Fish bite is pretty random, and mostly before truck has fully warmed up. from 1400-2500 and then not to be seen again, till next trip, or after 5-7 min idling.
