If the connector on the EGR itself is making contact, it is probably a bad EGR stepper motor. Very common for the LBZs though the P046C is more so.

I have an appointment on friday. I'll find out then what the problem is. I have no doubt that they'll probably try and stick me with the bill.
Ive also realized that there's no point in calculating my mileage here. Everyone drives like an asshole.
Warranty covered it. They replaced the entire EGR. Overall a decent experience at the dealership. I was in and out.
For some reason though, my Predator dosent seem to be as strong. I rolled around stock today and had to double check to see if I still had a tune loaded in there...It felt way too strong to be stock...I havent driven it stock in about 25,000 miles. It just felt really potent...I have no idea why. It actually smoked more stock than it did tuned...

personally i would leave it blocked, but bring it in for replacement anyway.
Has anybody left their block in and asked the dealer to replace the EGR? I would think they would use that as a lame excuse to not have to replace it, claiming that I made a modification that voided the warranty.
unless they did an after the repair verification checking flow ect, they would never even know. the blocker slides in at the back of the egr cooler at the exhaust flange. don't ever even touch that to replace the valve.
