Any good tips on getting those bleeders free? Pain in the ass and 3 are stuck tight. I was thinking to hit the. With pb blaster before the next attempt. And what preference on tool? Deep socket?

Penetrating oil, a LITTLE bit of heat (pencil torch)if you have to. Buy new ones before you do. If they are too rough to come free easy they will probably give you a hard time not rounding off.

Took me a Smidge over 2 Quarts on the Dmax, and about 2.75 Quarts on the Cummins.

Just a lil Note, that little Cup on the Pump gets Full Quick, so have another Jug to Dump it into.

Also, from doing Various Vehicles, the Rubber Adapter Elbow for the Bleeders doesn't Seal too well on SOME Bleeders. You'll get a better Fit if you just Wedge the Clear Tubing over the Bleeder...but I think on the Dmax, the Rubber Elbow Worked / Sealed pretty good.

I got one and it works great. The only thing I could get to bleed the clutch on that S-10.

I was gonna do the flush yesterday when I changed differential fluids front and rear. I have the 16 oz bottle kit for the vacuum pump. What the bleeder fittings look like stopped me.WAY rusty. I doubt I could even get a seal of anything over them to draw a vacuum. Anyone know a good source of replacement fittings? Preferably stainless.

DOT 3 is hydroscopic (attracts water); DOT 4 is not. I only use DOT 4, for that reason.
