Camp food.

I smell a DTR official camping cook book-this is some great stuff here, never heard of a lot of the recipes-yummy for sure!

I cook boneless, skinless chicken breast on the charcoal grill. season one side of the chicken with a dusting of Lawrys season salt, coarse black pepper and a light shake of garlic powder. place the chicken seasoned side up on the grill and spray it with a light coat of Pam cooking spray. Turn the chicken over when they are about half cooked through and season the side that was down the same way you did the top, spray it with Pam and cook till done and lightly brown on the outside. If desired you can add any sauce to it as you take it off the grill or eat it without any sauce.

Another one that I have to try, thanks!

I like to get doubled up hamburger pattys (about 6" diameter)and stuff them with bacon, mushrooms jalapenos and swiss cheese.Cooked over charcoal, they are tuff to beat!Pinch up the edges real good and nothing will leak out.:cheers2:

That sounds really good.

Hot dogs, cut them 3/4 of the way through from end to end, insert a piece of cheese and three or four jalapeno slices, tie both ends together with butchers string and grill.

Here is my addition:

frozen skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Zip lock bag- gallon or-so-size
Italian dressing and a little bit of mayo or creamy italian dressing if you can find it

Drink beer

Let the chicken sit about 8-10 hours in the cooler or fridge or when they are thawed

Drink beer

best cooked over a open wood flame

Drink beer

Most if not all of us from the midwest have done beer brats before, but what do you think about doing it with a steak or chicken? We do some pretty mean hot wings and I was think if letting them soak in a few beers before they went into the deep fryer.

Do that with the Fat free dressing and it wont flare up over the fire, hardly any oil in the FF makes them easier to grill and still has the good flavor.
