answer to spilled fuel when mixing....

charger was a crapper from harbor freight. never worked right but didn't take it back. it went in the trash. ordered the power supply.
 
my transformer is coming in Fri so i should be getting a batch of oil cleaned. saw at tractor supply that there was a 12v jumper battery that was the same price of the transformer. it charges by just plugging in the wall. i'll get that if this doesn't work out.
 
transformer/power supply came in, small unit with built in fan, volt variable from 10.3-13.4dc, max 10 amp. powered the pump like it wasn't there. going to run some oil tomorrow and mix up a batch.
