I have autoenginuity. So to check the actual I need to be in timeset mode when I check my timing and my tdco. Right?

No TDCO and time set are 2 separate functions, done independent of each other not sure how you do it with AE one of the AE owners may chime in, in time set only view timing looking for the 0 desired and 3.5 avg degrees actual,I have autoenginuity. So to check the actual I need to be in timeset mode when I check my timing and my tdco. Right?
Was that with the engine warm? 12.5* at idle is OK when cold advance is going.
I just went out and read the timing on my burb. Here is what it is:
These are at idle
Actual pump timing is 12.6
Desired pump 12.5
TDCO -88.5
At 2095 rpms they are:
actual 14.2
Desired 15.1
at 2300 they are 16.4 & 16.6.
So my timing appears to be way high. Where do I start? I am assuming I need to turn the pump toward the driver side to bring the #'s down and then do the timeset command. Am I correct in my assumption?
Thanks
Something looks jacked up with that TDCO you reporting it correctly -88.5 ?
Decided to make this a independent thread, so we could get AE owner help here
I know how the AE works. The issue is the discrepancy between the TDCO and the high timing.
I think I have heard someone say something about -88 TDCO before, is that just the out of tolerance indications on OBDII?
On my OBDI when its out it just stays at 2.02 and sets a DTC.
It doesn't explain how the timing #'s are so out of whack from the tdco.whew that is more better, we can work with -.88 that is just a touch above factory setting, in the good direction (advanced)
Engine temp was 156
