Walking J Designs
My friends, I come with good news, and some not so good news, and a solution to the not so good news!
I have started a new company, Walking J Designs. We are an industrial design company. One of our focuses is the automotive industry, and helping people keep their older cars longer. So, we look for problems vehicles have, and develop solutions for those problems. We also help other inventors market their products, prototype their products, patent their products etc. (This is the good news...)(www.walkingjdesigns.com) Also, I am a new sponsor of dieseltowingresource.com.
The problem you have and don't realize is that your dashboard is breaking right now. Is is cracking, or broken near the 3 bolts on the top of the dash. There is just so much leverage etc., and unbelieveable vibration, and heat, that over time, the dash weakens and breaks at the bolts. I have reviewed many GM truck dashboards, of our vintage, and over 50% have already cracked, mine badly. (This is the not so good news.)
I have developed a reinforcement system for our dash, as well as the dashboards of older Dodges, Fords, newer ones etc. I am continuing to add additional vehicles into our lines of reinforcement kits. The kits stabilize your broken dash, and prevent the motion that will break your dash. (FYI, the fastest 6.5 in the world has a broken dash, I saw it myself.) The kit is custom fitted, has in depth instructions, is easy to install and looks like it came from the factory. (This is the solution.)

(Got Crack, the headline, came from my friend, Turbine Doc.) I wish I was so creative.
Walking J Designs will also sell A Team Turbo's, and Feed the Beast fuel managers. (We have a discount code online for DTR folks on the A Team Turbo's). The A Team turbos will be ready for sale in just a few more weeks.
Here are some photos, and thank you for your support. We are ready to take your order, and will include a little treat into your package. Special thanks to Slim, Turbine Doc and Nick for fostering this great site. My inspiration comes from this goofy group of dinosaur mechanics.
