Here is some of the "behind the scenes" stuff. The spacers and valve stem extension.

Also, good information for anyone with a DRW pickup with factory lugs and clamp rings. I did not know this until recently. The DRW trucks with clamp rings use a 90 degree acorn taper as opposed to the traditional 60 degree taper. My stock lugs were pretty nasty, i think at some point they were overtightened. I also found someone replaced one with a 60 degree lug. Well, here is a comparison. Good 90 degree, worn 90 degree, good 60 degree and 60 degree installed where a 90 should be.

That is super bad-ass! That chrome really pops against the black. I'm with Will; I'd hate to meet that truck in a dark alley.

I haven't driven it enough to check mileage but I know that I'm under 2,000 RPM at 60MPH and about 2,250 at 70.

Been my experience with my beast if I can keep the rpm under 2k I get decent mileage. Above that it drops like a rock

Should help keep all those cubes in their comfort zone.

I'm very curious to see what the mileage will be. I drove it to work today ~80 miles round trip and it seems less thirsty. We will see.

Really nice truck.
Looks great Dave!
Thanks guys!

Drove the dually to work today... Snapped this pict in the rain.

So, one of the problems I've had with this truck has been water. When I bought it the HVAC box would fill with water, the cab lights filled with water, and the carpet was always wet up front. I fixed both issues, it was end of spring and it didn't seem to be a problem... Most of the time the camper is on the truck and the top of the windshield was covered by the overhang. Well After some deduction I realized the window was leaking.... I finally got it replaced awhile ago and it was not sealed basically on the entire top half. With that particular issue was out of the way, tonight the seats and carpet were pulled. The leaky window had the jute padding soaked underneath, and made some funny colors in places (let alone the previous cup holder coffee disasters). So some rug doctor carpet cleaner and a stiff brush and the hose were put to use and are currently drying. Will probably hit the seats with the carpet cleaner tomorrow.

Well, my 02 Sierra lost the transmission - no reverse and 2nd - as of Tuesday. So, the dually is put up for the DD status currently.

Snapped this pict today :)
