Tons of people run spacers with dually wheels. These are solid steel spacers (not aluminum like many), and are hub centric to both the truck and wheel. I talked with the company that made them and they have had zero failures and offer a lifetime warranty. They will obviously be monitored closely. Many people run the same style spacer when converting a truck from SRW to DRW without an axle swap.
I can't even set the wheels together, there is about 3/8" or so space, so yes I need to run a spacer. 235/85R16 tires rub in some cases without a spacer.are you worried about the duals rubbing against each other? they look wider
