Got the turbo yesterday thank you. One ? tho, I see you have a homemade turbo master on there did you have the black hose hooked up to anything?
The controller is made by racedaymechanic. I had the hose attached to a pre CAC/IC boost gauge to measure pressure drop across the CAC/IC however it normally goes to the Dodge Ram HX40 pressure gate controller points down that does not fit well on the 6.5td a Dodge Ram HX40 super controller points up and is more forgiving.

3” to 4” Stainless Hearthrob turbo downpipe used $40.

Energy Suspension 3.111 6R GM for “Small Block Chevy” clam shell styled motor mounts for 4wd (1) new & (1) ‘slightly used’, I was misled on the fitment and I had installed one on the 6.5 and found out it was not the right one “these are not for the 6.5td or 454” $30.

Throttle pedal assembly w/good sensors ‘drive by wire’ $50.

Charge Air Cooler (aka: intercooler) mounts between front chassis rails complete from turbo compressor outlet & back to intake (bulky consider this for S&H) $200.

Fuel filter manager with water sensor, heater used with new larger sized fuel filter $40.

Hayden med-truck fan clutch (spin on type) “cooling upgrade” has 112% more engagement area than the severe duty 6.5 fan clutch excellent shape $40.

Dual thermostat coolant crossover assembly w/temp sensor & spare stats $40.

What brand are the new nozzles? how many miles on them?

I assume you bought a second set of injectors to rebuild, swapped them out, and kept the originals to rebuild in the future?

All Bosch bodies & 8 new aftermarket nozzles w/25 miles on them, the other set of the bodies include everything but nozzles. The mileage on the nozzles was test run into town and back a few days before the flood here.

I found a heavy branch among many in the flood surge which fast as hell had pushed the tubing from the CAC (lower chassis mounted) to the intake off so when I started the 6.5 to try and leave it sucked lots of water hydro locking the diesel.

1 set of bodies are originals I had rebuilt myself a few times the other set was from Heath w/311 Bosch marine nozzles.

I can include the injector socket for $25. extra or make me an offer if interested.
 
S&B air-box insulated w/1.4k heat barrier, top cover was modified for cowl type scoop however making a new cover would be easy, has full 4" runner from filter to compressor "perfect for HX40 install" however by using a reducer it can fit on 6.5td, has CDV hose $70. + S&H. DSCI0009.JPG
